Samantha Jewett is a fifth generation attorney who comes from a long line of prominent New Hampshire lawyers dating back to her great-great grandfather, who practiced law in the 1850s. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Belknap County Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, American Bar Association, and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Samantha is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire; the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire; the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
Before attending Franklin Pierce Law Center, Samantha was the vice president of operations of the allergy research group at Nutricology Inc, an international company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing nutraceuticals to health care professional throughout the world. Before entering the corporate arena, she worked in education as a learning disabilities specialist and consultant.
Samantha is a trustee for The New Hampton School. Her civil practice covers contract, commercial, personal injury, and real estate law, including areas such as adverse possession, boundary disputes, conveyance, easements, quiet title, restrictive covenants, real estate brokers malpractice, and waterfront development. Her focus is on civil litigation.
