William Philpot was admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1975. He is a member of the Belknap County and New Hampshire Bar Associations.
For more than thirty-five years, Bill has practiced administrative, real estate, construction, and contracts law as well as civil litigation. He has deep experience in and extensive knowledge of areas such as zoning, land use permits, real estate acquisitions, title examinations, title insurance, commercial lending, adverse possession, boundary disputes, and land trusts.
