Thomas Haughey, who retired from the firm this year, was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in 1972. He was also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire; The United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.

Before his retirement, Tom was a member of the Belknap County Bar Association (past president), Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations, and the N.H. Mortgage Bankers Association. He was also a designated HUD foreclosure commissioner. Tom authored the “New Hampshire Foreclosure Synopsis” of the National Mortgage Servicer’s Reference Directory for fifteen years. His practice focused on foreclosures, real estate, and real estate litigation.
